Schizophrenia is a complex disorder which can be understood in terms of connectivity.  In this session we will explore a brief history of schizophrenia, a quick primer of MRI techniques, and discuss how graph theory is opening our understanding of the brain.  We will explore some implementation details of using boost graph library to compute and compare graphs at scale.
